WORSHIP COACHING

These consultations can be done in one of two ways:

Onsite Visits

You can choose to have Jabin visit you onsite as often as you would like or need. This is the most popular option to really get a feel for your ministries culture.

Skype/Phone Sessions

You can Skype with Jabin at a predetermined time. This is a contracted session lasting from one month to a year depending on the need.

Phases:

We like to work in phases better to asses each church and fully understand each Senior Pastor’s vision.

1. Assess – Jabin will come in and have 3 meetings back to back. One with Senior Pastor, Worship Pastor and then worship team. Jabin also suggests that he attend a weekend service to catch a full vision of the church and ministry.
2. Report – Jabin will develop a report after Phase 1 and will submit it with recommendations, observations, strategies, and next steps.
3. Implement –  This phase is all about implementing and developing from Phase 2. This is where the coaching begins.
